I love this photo, its like I was capturing the melting pot of the elements, sky, Earth and water. It was taken a couple of weeks back while strolling along Burns Beach.
The waves were really cranking and it was raining heaps as well so I got soaked and was constantly having to wipe the filters clean of any spray and rain. A double whammy!
As they say with perseverance comes reward so I’m glad I toughed it out in the end, you can always get dry but you can’t always get the same shot again.
This is a seascape photo I managed to grab a couple of weeks ago from Burns Beach its a place I’m starting to look at more closely as there are heaps of rock formations around. Yes there is heaps to photography in Perth but I have to admit I’m getting restless and hanging out to head down south again to Fletcher territory to get some awesome shots. Well off to try and get some more shots. Let’s hope the breeze doesn’t pick up and blow all these great clouds away!
What can I say? I’m back into my early mornings again probably more so than evenings at the moment. There is something so refreshing and cleansing about being up at the start of a brand new day. I captured this seascape shot about a week ago after a trip up to Burns Beach. What a great spot for a seascape photographer to go crazy.
Hope you guys enjoy it!
Hope you all had a great weekend. Is everyone back from Karijini yet? I decided to get out and about this morning to new territory and hit Burns Beach. Mornings like this morning are always good fun, its not too cold and the waves are big enough to create interest but not big enough to completely soak you. I’ll definitely be heading back there when its low tide to cover it a bit better.
Melissa and I are still waiting for son No 2 to arrive sometime over the next couple of weeks.
