Hi Luke,

Thanks for that I appreciate it. Even my wife was telling me I should warm it up but I really wanted to convey the 'damn cold' feeling.

Freakin roll on summer I say. I dont mind the cold aspect of this image, as you said it was as the morning was cold. Can I suggest a layer mash and a little darkening of the left side of the image just to bring it closer to the right side? I like the soft cloud reflection on the water very nice.

Hi Guys,

Thanks for all the kind comments. I was actually trying for a really cold look as that is how I felt on the morning LOL. Its definitely a place I'd like to go back to again soon to try and capture some colour in the clouds.

I did get some good shots of the Pelican, I'll put them up tonight for everyone to see.

Nice shot mate ,
Sure does look cold and frosty in your shot .
The reflection turned out nice on the water
I just uploaded one of my shots from the morning as well lol .
I applied a bit of a warming filter to mine to warm it up a bit , but still going to do another shot from the morning cold and frosty . Did you get any good shots of the Pelican ?
